In my opinion, the home sold at a premium in large part to the staging service Danny offers as part of his commission. Danny serves as your advocate and will frame the buyer's concerns in the proper perspective which is a huge plus during the stressful time of the buyers/realtors telling you everything that is wrong with your home, lol. He knows when to press for outcomes and when to backoff and let concerns play out. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not considering Danny as your realtor on both the seller and buyer side.
